The Deli at 38 Main Street Thornton is the creation of Michelle Morton, with the assistance of her husband Jamie.

They are the purveyors of fine delicatessen products, wonderful sandwiches, Panini's and delicious ground coffee to take away.

Michelle and her team are bringing their enthusiasm for good quality produce to Fife by sourcing high quality goods from all over the UK. You will also find a range of food freshly cooked daily on the premises without the use of unnecessary preservatives and additives and all based on our “home made theme” wherever possible. Michelle's vision is to offer delightful, delicious food that is both nourishing and wholesome.
